Looks like a bargain. Amazon.co.uk have them (through marketplace by the looks of it) at £160, The reviews are good and one them says it is the same as Toshiba PDR-M700 (whether it is or not is subjective, but it looks the same)
There is a review of the tosh here http://www.steves-digicams.com/2003_reviews/m700_pg5.html and the amazon page is here http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00012KBVA/202-5803230-49558330 -

I bought this camera from eBuyer about 4 weeks ago when it was posted on another bargain spotting site.
It is more or less the same as the Toshiba except for the lens. 10x zoom is very impressive, 2.5 inch LCD is excellent, and picture quality is great. Also, it can be easily upgraded to the latest Toshiba Firmware so that you get a full manual focus option too.

Got one of these a few weeks ago. Has been posted for a while on another forum. Seems identical to the toshiba camera but don't know if it really is or not. You can even put the toshiba firmware upgrade onto the camera and get all the extra features such as a maual focus and a few other things. It comes with toshiba batteries which suggested to me it was the same. It takes up to a 512mg sd card but some people have been having problems getting some makes to work with it. Got my card for £17.99 from 7dayshop and it worked fine.
The camera comes with, batteries, a carry pouch type thing, a small remote control and a few different connection leads. Good camera for the money. the cheapest 10x zoom i could find elsewhere was a kodak one costing £279.
Only thing I would say is that ebuyer are having a few problems with their order system at the moment as reported on theregister.co.uk. I ordered 2, as got one for someone at work at the same time. Got an email on the tuesday saying i would get them both on thursday. Package turned up on wednesday with only 1 and no note saying what the contents of the package was supposed to be. Used thir enotes system to tell them, didnt get a reply and another one turned up on the saturday. I guess they sent it out after i told them but they didn't reply so I don't know.
firmware upgrade to turn it into the toshiba:

FYI Premier are an OEM for many Digital Cameras. I purchased a Premier 2MP camera off Amazon a couple of years ago which is all but identical to a Kinoca and Ricoh model.
TBH I wasn't that impressed with it as it was very slow to switch on, focus etc. so I'd often miss the shot I wanted to take. The quality of the resulting images was poor with lots of noise and compression artefacts.
As with a lot of these things they make a large number of cameras some good and some bad. I suspect every model in the Premier range has its roots in a branded camera.
