Free Amazon delivery an an extra item

I recently found a trick on amazon to get a free item and cheaper delivery. I bought a hand blender for £18.97, just below the required £19 for free delivery brining the total to £24.86. By adding a book that looked interessting at £4.79, I got free delivery and the total came to £22.75. A saving of over £2 and an added extra.

Just thought I'd let people know as it defies logic!

I've tried that on my Books For Children account, spend over £20 online to get free postage (£3.99 otherwise!)

I find the Penguin Classic 99p books are useful for this, and if you don't want to read it then you can always donate it to your local library/school so they can be used in lessons etc!
