neighbour was impressed with our 6ft trampoline decided to buy the 8ft from argos,as the enclosure had to be picked up from store 'no home delivery'

he printed off the email confirming the £11.72 for enclosure and collected it from colchester store on monday, on the computer in store, it showed £56.51 he told them that because he could not get the enclosure for home delivery only the trampoline which was coming on tuesday.
they checked ther web site and could see that if the order was put together it came at that price £71.71 total.
they told him to pay the £56.51, and on tuesday when he got the trampoline to bring recipt or proof of purchase and they would paid the differance back, 'he did ask them on monday to put it in writing that they would do refund the differance', they refunded the differance today ,so the 8ft trampoline and enclosure cost just £71.71
