morgage calculations

hello chaps,

i used a web site a while ago where you enter your relevant details and it show you how much each buiding society/bank will lend you. problem is that i can no longer find where it is. if anyone knows it let me no.

    To be fair no third party comparison is going to get this right for all lenders

    many no use more complex affordability calculations that take into account credit score, comittments , loan and depoist size , and even varies depending on product taken

    also those that still use traditional multiplers are often prepared to consider outside the published criteria
