Back pains

hi,
spent a few hours yesterday offloading a shippers container, lifting boxes in a warehouse.
i now have lower back pains when i bend down or stand up after sitting down. its like a sharp pain, but it seems like the muscles are hurting slightly aswell.

anyone have any herbal remedies or advice on what i should do to make it better as soon as possible, apart from take pain killers, which wouldnt help mending the problem.?

any advice would be greatly appreciated,

Have you had any manual handling training? Knowing the correct way to lift heavy items will help you to avoid back injuries in the future, so ask for manual handling training at work.;)
