i am on a dmp with cccs and over the last couple of days had letters from egg saying that they are passing on my loan and hubbys loan to a dca. both these loans had ppi on them as had to have ppi to get loan, and i think they are what you call front loaded where the ppi gets added on to the debt at the start. does that sound correct with egg loans?
what i need to know is:
can i get some of this ppi amount back as account hasn't run its course?
who do i contact egg or dca (when i know who they are) to see what amount is owed?
any help much appreciated as always

I would definately go about trying to reclaim your PPI, the worst that can happen is that if you are successful they may insist it comes off your debt rather than cash in your pocket. But for the price of a stamp it is certainly worth a go!0

I think Egg pass the debts to Capquest, maybe if you contacted Egg they could advise you.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0
