I was lucky enough to get an email about the Ana Sui perfume, but it still has not arrived. I send an email to ask when I could expect this prize, but got this reply...

thank you for getting in touch. The magazine has advised us that all the beauty brands sent the remaining prizes out last week, so if you do not receive yours in the next few days you will have to contact your local post office regarding the missing item.

I wonder if there was a mix up sending out the fragrances as some people seem to have had ones they didnt get emails for.

How many others are waiting for Ana Sui? Might I suggest you also email Glamour as they may not realise.

If this is the case, how do we chase it? Would be need to know the date they sent it out, and if they got a proof of postage? Not sure where we would stand with chasing this? I really want this one - it was my best prize!:money:

Has anyone else who won it received it yet?

I'm thinking of reporting them to the ISP at this rate, because it's just been far too long and this has really put a damper on the competition for me.

I also got this email and feel very cross about it. I think it is up to the company to make sure we receive our prizes, not to just wash their hands of it and tell us to chase it up. We can't chase the post office without knowing the date any of this was posted and although I've emailed to ask, surprise surprise have received no answer!

I am thinking it might be time to contact the ISP as they have not given me a satisfactory response. I'll wait until the end of the week and then get in touch. If other people feel as I do and also contact them, it might make Glamour treat us all slightly better rather than showing what feels like contempt!
