Self Cert Question

I've got a friend who is self-employed and therefore needs to self cert when it comes to re-mortgaging.

Please can anyone tell me what the maximum LTV on a self cert mortgage at the moment is?

Thanks :D

How long has your friend been self employed?

Does your friend have at least one years accounts?

If so, he may be able to get a full status deal with some lenders

Yes - he should do. So I guess then he'd be looking at the 90% mark for LTV?

Thanks for your help. I know he's been worried about it lately with all the talk of HPC and rates being withdrawn and stuff.
