I've tried many times with eBay, since Nectar is on the bid, and Quidco is on the payment. But Quidco had never tracked for me on eBay, regardless of using Nectar as well or not.0

yes you can, I've done this with car hire, go via Quidco first and then use the nectar promotional code for the discount0
