hello,
i am in a dilema. i have just finished a 2 year fixed rate, and obviously the rate has gone up quite a lot in the meantime.
now i am unsure weather to go back onto a higher interest fixed rate, or stay on the variable rate.
my question is, does anyone think mortgage rates are likely to go much higher, or do you think they will start to drop again?
thankyou

welcome to the site - unfortunately i dont think anyone knows what is going to happen - i think it comes down to your preference ie would you prefer to know what your monthly payments are for a set period of time or are you willing to see what happens in the futureKeep the Faith:cool:0
