YES! Loans robbed me £50 and I didnt even have a loan
I applied for a loan with them and the bloke to my card details, and said they wouldnt charge me any money until I have signed the forms.
Anyway suddely 49.00 went missing out of my bank and I couldnt figure out where it went until I saw it appear on my statement from YesLoans. I now have the forms which asks for more card details for a £49 pound administration charge, I do not even want the loan now anyway.
But, whenever I ring them and mention the charge they put me on hold..and well I never seem to come off hold. I left it for nearlly an hour and no-one picked up.
What should I do?
Has anybody else had this problem

Snap, the exact same has happened to me, they charged me £59.50 and haven’t heard a thing from them, they took my money off my Capital One Visa but I Cap 1 about this and they sent me a claim form to get it back. I got accepted for £2000 from Littlewoods Home shopping personal finance, underwritten by the bank of Scotland, try them for a loan you never know, I have a low credit score.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0
