hi all

just wondering if anyone has recieved an income payments order questionnare , we went bankrupt in feb 2008 , and my oh has just recieved one , just wondering if this normal or something to worry about once again.

and how does irregular overtime work , do they take it into account . does anyone know once again worried ,

i am poss recieving an BRO , so things not going well ,fed up of the whole thing . i am getting my BRO not sure yet if defo though , due to paying a company to do the bankcruptcy thing for us wish we hadnt now , and done it ourselves , but we live and learn .
