Can I Refreeze Fish Once Cooked?

Hi peeps :hello:

Tonight I'm going to take some cod and salmon out of the frezzer, I'd like to make a fish pie tomorrow, does anyone have any recipe idea's please.

Also, once it's cooked, can I refreeze half of it for next week?

Thanks

It is important to ensure that any previously defrosted uncooked food is thoroughly cooked and allowed to go cold under cover before it is frozen for future consumption.

This does not really work well for vegetables with very high water content such as boiled potatoes and fresh tomatoes as their structures do not respond well to defrosting due to expansion of the water in the cells.
:o Keep trying.........................what else is there to do? :o
