Urgent Barclaycard Came To My House 2day

i need a strongly worded letter to send to them
as they have failed to provide a cca they sent application form
then today a bloke in a black skoda superb got reg if interested some bloke says he was from barclycard some freaking fat heap of [EMAIL="sh@t"]sh@t[/EMAIL] threating balliffs etc
told him to leave but wouldnt told him i was phoning police he said feel free
told him his car reg has been noted and a description of him was going to forwarded to police
have phoned police and gave my incident number told police i will be ringing 999 next time
any help ??

I would suggest that you read this and if they continue to 'harrass' you, report them to the Trading Standards as they will be acting in direct contravention of the OFT Guidelines for Debt Collection:

read the section on door step visits.
Now strictly, this only applies to debts with DCAs but I would not be surprised to find the fat heap is not a BC employee. Remind BC that they are still liable for the behaviour of those who collect debt for them.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
