for the last month Mercers have rung twice a day, at 8.30am and again about 3pm leaving messages on my mobile, even yesterday whilst i was in the court.

today.............nothing................:eek:

OK, so I could.....

after writing out 32 envelopes and copying the BR notice I realised how many had identical postodes (leeds and southend are popular) and also that some CC had 3 or 4 DCA's all chasing the one debt, no wonder I was getting so much mail....

mind you, i did send some notices out first class last night, maybe they are all jumping off bridges....

I feel so guilty......I hope they all bought the debts at 25% of the value, greedy swines...

I've been discharged since July and a certain credit company are still persuing money covered by the bankrupsy and a period when i had been evicted from my house and couldn't possibly have used and water. I keep sending copys of the orders and my council tax bill saying

"discount for none occupancy"

and they still dont get the point sent the last one last week registered delivery might just have to meet them in court and claim some compo. Serve um right greedy good for nothing b b better not
