I am staying in Glasgow for a few days next week in the Travelodge, Glasgow Central. Can anyone recommend anywhere close by that serves a good fry-up at a reasonable price.

Thanks
Val :)

Wetherspoons do a good breakfast for £3-£4 and there are plenty of them nearby (and a pint too if its not too early).

No - Ikea is beside Braehead - approx. 30mins drive from the city centre.

Wetherspoons is probably the best option.

Would Wotherspoons be open early? Being a pub it probably won't open till 11am....There are cafe's galore around central station area you'll probably find one no problem...

According to the website they open at 9am. Also, M&S could also be an option at this time in the day.

And Travelodge will probably have breakfast available too.

Is that the Travelodge in Hill Street? It isn't near Glasgow Central itself, but is very close to Sauchiehall Street where there are tons of food places. Hengler's Circus is the nearest Weatherspoons though the King's Cafe in Elmbank Street might be worth looking at too.
