Header tape for voile curtains.

Hi everyone,
Our campervan has voile curtains with approx. 1" translucent tripple pinch-pleat header tape, which draws the curtains up to permanent pleats. I need to make new curtains, but can't find the header tape anywhere. I have searched the internet, and made enquiries here and on the continent when we were there earlier this year. (the van is German made). I have seen 3" & 4" tape, but not the 1" I need. If anyone can help I would be so grateful.

I have a link here which isn't exactly what you are after I am afraid - however the website doesn't list everything that they stock - so an enquiry with them may be worth a try... I have used them in the past and they have been very helpful and sent out samples for me without me requesting them (so that I could see the difference in the items I had questions about - and so could make the decision myself!)

Good luck - it is always a nightmare when you need a specific item... I am sure it is out there!

Thanks Chasing Butterflies for the link, I will follow it up.....as you say, it must be out there somewhere as the original curtains have it on.

Are you replacing the curtains? If so, you could unpick the tape and use it again.

Thanks Hardpressed. I had thought about doing that but was warned that they may not fit properly. I was afraid that I might 'burn my bridges', and end up with none at all
