When you put the phone in your basket it should add the airtime automatically.
If not, click on 'add ons available for this item' and chose the £10 airtime.

There is a £5 off a £20 order code on the vouchers/codes thread, which I used just now. It meant the phone+£10 airtime only cost me £8.31.
