Our solicitors have an online service where we can track the stage our house purchase and sale is at. On our sale it says that transfer executed today, what does it mean?
Also they have sent our contracts to sellers sols today. We are hoping to complete 23rd May so hoping to exchange soon.

I'd imagine you've answered your own question0 -
Transfer executed just means the Transfer has been signed. The only reasons your contract would be sent to the sellers' solicitors would be if (1) the solicitor has approved it (agreed all the terms) and has sent it back to be signed by the sellers and (2) if it is your signed contract then you have exchanged with the completion date fixed.
