Win a case of wine weekly and overall prize of 10 cases (that's almost 2 month's worth )

There is a wine tasting quiz and you have to achieve over 70% to qualify, however this is easier than it sounds as the questions are multiple choice and if you don't get 70% it tells you which of your answers were wrong and lets you try again.

WINE AUSTRALIA REGIONAL HEROES COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Parties:

I ‘The Promoter’:

The Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation (Wine Australia), The Australia Centre, Strand, London, WC2B 4LG

II ‘The Recipient’:

A UK resident, over 18 years of age.

Terms and Conditions:
This competition is open only to people residing in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and associated businesses.
The competition will run over a six week period from Friday 9th May to Friday 20th June, 2008.


All competition entries must be received by midnight (GMT) on;

Minor Prize One - Friday 16th May

Minor Prize Two - Friday 23rd May

Minor Prize Three – Friday 30th May

Minor Prize Four – Friday 6th June

Minor Prize Five – Friday 13th June

Minor Prize Six – Friday 20th June

Major Prize – Friday 20th June

Entries received after the above closing dates will not be accepted as an entry in to the competition for that prize.

The winning entries for the major and minor prizes will be chosen by the Promoter by means of a random draw from entries submitted by the specified closing dates above. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
The prize winners will be notified by email and will be requested to supply further contact details, and proof of age to receive their prizes.
The competition will be governed by English Law.

No purchase is required for entry into the competition.
Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
More than one entry per person is permitted in to the major prize draw. More than one entry per person is permitted in to the minor and major prize draw.
Entry into the competition is via the completion of an entry form on www.regionalheroes-wineaustralia.com website. Participants must complete all required fields in order to validate the entry.
It will be necessary for the Promoter to collect personal information on each entrant in order to identify the winning entrant. This information may be disclosed to the Promoter’s associates and to third parties contracted to provide services in relation to the competition.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The Promoter reserves the right to require winners to provide proof of identity and age, at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim their prize.
If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The winner may be required to participate in related publicity. Entrants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the entrant’s name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or any statement made by them concerning the competition and/or the prizes. Entrants agree that any or all such elements may be used by the Promoter in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter in its sole discretion sees fit.
The winners may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions prior to receiving their prize.
All aspects of the prizes are non transferable and there are no cash or any other goods and service alternatives. The prizes are subject to availability.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
By accepting these terms and conditions the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter or third party associated businesses may choose to contact them with further information or offers.
Prizes will only be delivered to winners who reside on the English, Scottish or Welsh mainland.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any promotions undertaken by independent businesses that may be run in conjunction with this competition.

Minor Prize
One case of wine (12 bottles), will be given away each week (for the 6 week period of the competition), with a complimentary rack (12 bottle rack). The winner will be required to provide proof of age to Wine Australia, prior to accepting the prize.
Weekly prizes will be drawn from the weekly entrant lists through random selection.
Major Prize
A cellar of wine (120 bottles or 10 cases), will be given away at the conclusion of the campaign, with a complimentary rack (120 bottle rack). The winner will be required to provide proof of age to Wine Australia, prior to accepting the prize.
The major prize will be drawn from the entire entrant list through random selection.

Worked fine for me in IE.

I found if you stick with the pale things for white wine and the dark ones for reds you were laughing!
