I am on a 2 mix package with Sky, have a SKY+ box and recently SKY have decided to increase the monthly payments on my package from 15 to 17 pounds a month. I called them asking the reason to which they said they are increasing the costs on all their packages. Is this a fair thing to do when I was promised a £15 /month package.
They seem not to budge at all even when I threatened them as they said I could only leave after one year and I am still on my 6th month. Pls suggest what can I do.
