Barclays/Clydesdale loan - Where to write to?

Hello,

I have never posted on this board before, but you all seem like a cheery bunch, so I'm hoping you can help me.;)

I have been going through my files and I think I have a loan which is due to cease payments in September 2008. The loan was originally with V12/Clydesdale Financial Services, but now my bank statement is showing the DD is being paid to Barclays Financial Services. I have not received any correspondence from any of these companies since the loan was taken out. All I have is the original retail agreement and forms from V12.

Can anyone provide an address I could write to or maybe a place I could get an address from?

Hi Hanna,

Is it worth calling up the phone number you have on your original agreement and asking them for an up to date phone number and reference number. Or call Barclays, and they can always search for you via your address details.

Not sure that helps but maybe worth a try
