i have been looking about for one as well, came across this one

£20 over budget but looks a very good unit. noticed on that websites forum that its got a couple of good reviews and there geeks when it comes to in car audio lol
from what iv seen the pioneers seem to be quite fast at a scanning via usb, this means the music starts earlier and you can skip through tracks faster.
