According to propertybee in my areas I am watching (zone 6 and just outside zone 6) the LLs that are trying to put the rent up, are ending up with an empty property for a couple of months. Then they are dropping the rent.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
