halifax deeds despatch fee - confused ??

I have a quick question.
I have just called my old Mortgage company (Halifax) to reclaim my exit fees as instructed by your site.
However on Martins site it states that exit fees (MEAF’s) can be called 'deed release fees', 'sealing fees', 'final administration fees', 'discharge fees' and 'final redemption fees'. When I called the Halifax they said they would repay me the following.
Repayment Administraion Fee (start of mortgage) = 75.00
As above (end of mortgage) = 175.00
Difference to be paid = 100.00
However when I mentioned that there was also a Deeds despatch fee they said they would not and could not repay this.
Can anyone tell me is a Deeds release fee the same as a Deeds despatch fee as the 175.00 + 50.00(deeds despatch fee) = £225.00 the same as on your chart on the web site.
Thanks in advance

Halifax have always broken it down into two parts...£50 deeds dispatch, then the extra admin fee. Hence why they will not refund the £50 as it has always stated £50.
Some lenders do not split it into two. So for example Natwest, say 5 years ago, may have shown £80 as an overall fee, and now charge £225, so anyone claiming against that would get the difference in those two figures.0
