theyve changed their format and ive just logged in and done around 4 surveys and earnt *fingers crossed* around £10!!

They sent me an email with my new details telling me about the new site so it is def worth checking out although there were a few of the crappy 25mins for 10p surveys but i just ignored them! maybe they are on the up!

Anyone that does log in to the new account, remember to go and update your profile, i had a couple which needed "topping up".

Also i got a message saying that i had completed their quota of surveys and i wasn't allowed to do any more for the time being??

Just told me to check back later for the opportunity to complete them.

I was a click away from cancelling my account a fortnight ago so they are hanging on by a very thin thread!! Hopefully more people will be earning £10 a day soon :T

I signed up recently, and all I've had so far is the 10p surveys, which I never qualify for anyway ... don't think I'll stay registered long at this rate.

Is there a way to get my money from the old ciao site into the new one? I have £3.76 on the old one and £2 on the new one - so enough in total to withdraw, but since it's split across both sites there's no way of getting any of it.

edit: I found this on the FAQ so presumably I just have to wait ...

Note: During the transition period, while we are still moving all of your survey information to the new website, some of your survey earnings might temporarily still appear in your existing Ciao account. Please don’t worry. Your earnings are safe, and they will be visible on the new website as soon as the transition is completed.

yes it changed and also it is separate from ciao.co.uk

lucky me i had exact 5 pound on ciao.co.uk which i asked for payment

now moved on to new one on which i got 1.10 and also expecting another 5 from 2 surveys i did which are still open.

looks good.I also avoid 10 p surveys but sometime i do it when it says 5 minutes lol.

I'm not impressed. I had a few pounds in there before they changed over, and when they did I did about 5 surveys. No money showing in my Ciao at all

its still rubbish I had joined about 2 months ago just went on again and rejoined but still getting "sorry you don,t qualify but have been entered for sweepstakes"tried about 20 different surveys wierd I answer so many questions then get rejected so Im giving them information they want for nothing!!
