Send all your personal and financial details to them and they will sort it. I bet they would put a copy on a CD for you and pop it in the post if you asked.;)

and charge you for the priviledge before claiming they didn't recieve a request for it OR recieve any money... and in fact you now owe them 4k because they overpaid you.
