hi all i cant seem to find this on quidco am i missing something0

Tempted by the sales offer i bought £50-worth of these and now wish I hadn't. Part of the order has arrived and the shirts - whilst lovely fabrics - are SO oddly sized as to be unwearable - my OH just laughed.
I am a large neck size - but the body size "could take two of you" she said - and I have the podge for my age too so they are extra - extra - extra big.
I never had this problem before, even on my 17" neck.
Now i notice they don't pay for returns on sale items, though don't recollect seeing this as a condition of sale notification. What do you think my chances are in getting free return and full refund?
CHECKED - NO NOTIFICATION OF SALES RETURN CHARGE WHEN PLACING ORDER
Just wondering when did you make your order?
Was it Royal Mail or some other delivery company?
Thanks0 -

some other company - why?Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Thank you.0 -
Under Distance Selling regulations, an online/distant purchase can be returned to the supplier and they cannot charge a restocking fee, you do not have to use their courier and indeed, you can request a full refund including the original postage cost they charged you to send the items in the first place.
of course, every website I know of doesn't mention this and do threten you with restock fees, handling admin fees, etc but resist!.Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.0 -

Returns can be made using original packaging and I had a prepaid returns label attached to the bottom of my delivery note. Goods ordered as exchange items (on the back of the returns notice) should be delivered free of charge. New items incur P&P costs.
Agree about the sizing - ordered XL for OH who normally takes 17.5" collar and the shirt is like a bell tent! But, DS is skinny with 15.5 collar and Med slim-fit is just right."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0 -
Thanks to the OP. Couldn't get the £10 shirt deal as they only had one shirt in my size.0

I would just mention that Van H is lke the devil to get in touch with when you want to complain - two email addresses, one on the web page, a diffferent one on the correspondance. One bounces, the other is obviously not monitored.
The dreadful 0870 number cannot be circumvented - no entry on "Say No", and their hours are only office hours anyway, so I'd have to use a mobile from work.
I've now submitted a "form" complain off the web-page - how long is it reasonable to wait until I just get my CC company to chargeback the payment on the grounds of non-communication?Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Er... non communication because you don't want to call them in office hours? I suppose for £7.50 minus 12% cashback they should have come round and measured you up for the order? LOL!
Did you look at the size guide before ordering? Even so, sizes notoriously vary from manufacturer to manufacturer so perhaps ordering just one or two for your first purchase might have been a better idea?
With a refund and 12% cashback you'll probably end up having made a profit even if you do have to phone their 0870 number!
Relax, put on some nice music and have a glass of wine. The summers nearly here!0
