Originally I was thinking of a nice gas one, preferably something like the Outback Titanium, but my budget was slashed, so I'm open to suggestions. I'm really after something decent that will last a good long time.
Any suggestions are very welcome!

Homebase have some good ones. I bought one from there 4 years ago and it is still going strong.

I also wanted an Outback
Then reality took over
Could i justify £250 plus
So I made a lis of what I actually cooked on the barbie and how often.
What I wanted it to look like /equipment it hd to have , and what were gimmicks.
My wife likes her fish  BBQ 'ed but I dislike the mess ( tried wrapping in foil)
So I needed the bbq to include a flat plate, easily removed to stick in the dishwasher.
I like to serve all at the same time, so a warming rack was required.
Wanted a hood
Never seen the point of the extra side burner( sauces????)
Liked the wooden look of the outback .
I got a Westside £114 from B and Q
That came with a regulator ( Robert dyson requires one)
But you also have to budget for the gas ( I already had a cover)0 -
Thanks guys, I like the idea of writing out what bits I need and going from there. It must be a hooded one, I like the idea of a rotisserie, but could probably drop that. Dishwashable bits?? Wow that sound like the future!0

Dishwashable bits??
No just reasonable size removable grids/plates.
please refrain from buying an outback , still an unaffordable dream!0 -
Not that complex then...0
