Hi all! I'd like to have my hair cut before the week end as I'm going to London for a couple of days :j
I've had a bad experience with a training salon on Castle street, so don't really want to go back there....Does anyone know of a good salon / good stylist in Belfast that doesn't cost the earth? As in, less than £30 for a cut and blow dry? I'm female. Thanks!

Snap. I too am looking for a good hairdresser who does not charge an arm and a leg.Not easy to find. I went to the Training salon in Castle Street the one upstairs and after spending over 5 hours in there my hair was worse than before i went in.and they charged me £58.........
There must be somewhere ?0 -
Sorry, can't help with city centre but Indian Red on the Holywood Rd cut my 12 year old daughters hair, layers and all for £10. I think this was because of her age but she would have as much hair as an adult. The hairdresser did a great job and I was surprised at the reasonable price.:T0

I recently got my hair cut at Regis salon in Victoria Square, just next to Starbucks I think. £32 for a wash, cut and dry. I think it turned out really well, have gotten loads of comments about how good a cut it is too :j The staff are dead friendly too.
They gave me a book of discount vouchers for me and a "friend" so if you want to pm me I can send you one of them; £5 off for a spend of £21-£32.50.0 -
Thanks! I have to go either today or tomorrow though, so it'd be too late. Many thanks for the offer though, Cattmull!
I think I'll pop into town and have a look round.0 -
I was spending over £100 getting my hair done <ekk> I have started going to the training school in BMP tower street just off the Newtownards rd. Fri morn is the 3rd year students who are out in the salons working.
They are overseen by the tutors and everything is checked. Im going back in a few weeks.
I know its another training school but it might be worth a go?

Lisa Hair Design is pretty good. They are in Rosemary Street, upstairs above Fresh Garbage. Wash/Cut/Blow Dry with one of the senior stylists is about £23.0
