Out of interest what aerial arrangements are required to view freeview on a PC? This will obviously increase the package price and perhaps make it less attractive.
How are you managing with yours?
Keep trying.........................what else is there to do?

Its great, it comes with this little mini aerial which i'm assuming was specifically designed for recieving digital signals. A friend of mine mentioned that I may have to get a TV license though. Anyone know if I'm supposed to have a tv license if I use one of these?0

If you already have a licence then you are okay - you don't need another one, but if you have no licence then you do need to purchase one.0
