    I like reading Merlins 'Tale of buying a house that the owner won't move out of' etc.
    Actually, if I had more PC pottering time, I would join in with my own therapy thread too...it's really helpful just writing it down sometimes..........but Summer is our 'V Busy time'.
    Will have to wait for Nov and Jan

    Keep at it Merl...but I still think auctions are your best bet....sorry to repeat it for the 4 th time
