Payday Loan help
Hi All,
Wonder if someone can help, I stupidly took a payday loan out last year at my previous address prev bank details etc. I defaulted on it but heard nothing from them. I applied again to them recently using my new address new bank and debit card details (i'd forgotten all about it by this time) anyway the refused me and I've gone into my bank account today to find they have used my new card details without permission to take all the money from my account. I appreciate they are owed a debt but can they do this??
Thanks
