dont be on tenterhooks waiting for OR to call. In my office is sometimes takes up to 5 days for the courts to send us the Bankruptcy Order and Statement Of Affairs . And then cases are allocated, then the examiner reviews the paperwork and may decide they dont need to call you. Chill out and enjoy the sun!

if the OR cant reach me 1st attempt (only got a mobile number and this is a bad signal area and phones a bit past its sell by date) what do they do? leave a message/voicemail? dont wanna upset em!

I would leave a message for you. Dont worry they wont be that easily upset! If i left several messages and the bankrupt never got back to me i might be slightly miffed.... they would probably be sent a letter asking them to come in for an interview. I am sure you examiner will realise you want to be co-operative. What was your BO date?

Are you sure? in this heat! Ha Ha
If you allow OR 10 working days to set the date for your interview, or you may not have an interview. I think OR will receive the S of A and BO from the court today or tomorrow, then you should get a letter from OR in the post by Friday or Monday. The letter will be informing you of interview, whether it be telephone, face to face or none.
