I normally use Arnica gel,for a host of medical problems,ill give this a try.

One thing though,i had to use I.E to submit the order,firefox wouldnt do it

Just received mine,used it,and its not as good,imho,as S.B.C Arnica gel (which is also cheaper to)

Has a nice menthol aroma though.

I think it's this which arrived through the post today.

I over did it a bit at the gym today, so may well be using it on my aching thighs!!

I got this last week some time, the same day i managed to do something to the muscles in my hand (strain from filling in all the freebie forms me thinks), I put some of the gel on and the simultaneous hot and cold sensation certainly took my mind off the pain because i thought my hand was going to explode :eek:

You'll be happy to know it's still in one piece, and the gel helped a little bit :T
