Hey people, first time in posting here in thi section. Basically i have got a problem. I am a student, and me and some friends are all putting together to purchase a house. This is all going through one of our parents names, to save the hassle of all of us putting our names down etc. We have sought advice on this and have got the ok for it all. Basically, we have found a house we really want, a couple actually, but are having problems getting a mortgage. We are having to pay a 15% deposit on the house due to the market crash in the USA or something, which is making it a lot harder for us to get a decent mortgage. Is there are advice you guys have for me, as to where we should be going to try and get a decent mortgage for say 10% deposit? Sorry if i have not provided as much info as you need, i would just like some advice on who to go to to try and get the best mortgage possible for us at the moment. Thanks, Adam
