Now the warm weather is here, I thought I'd make some of the neckties that are filled with gel crystals (I think), has anyone made them and if so what did you put inside please, seem to remember someone mentioning plant crystals
but can't really remember - can anyone help? Thanks:D

I have these and they work really well - however I know it's not very OS but I got mine off QVC - about £10 for 4.Jane

I've been looking around the Internet, never having heard of these things before, and I'm honestly not sure how successful plant gel will be. I can see that it might keep your neck damp but not how it would stay cool. I think that the commercial ones must have different stuff in because they say that with 30 mins soaking they will stay cool for 24 hours.
