Mortgagee Protection clause

Does anyone know any lenders who will lend on a shared ownership property where the mortgagee protection clause is not in place.
I've been told there are some out the but can't be told who they are.

Not as far as I know. A lenders money is at risk without this clause in place - why would they accept such a risk on behalve of thier shareholders / memebers!0

They did up until 2 years ago (when i bought my shared ownership property)
Sounds like all the lenders' policies have changed due to the housing crunch!0
