You could post a statement of what comes in and goes out each month there could be ways you can cut back that you don't realise which will allow you to send token payments of a £1 to creditors and mean you don't have to worry about bankrupcy.

wehave already been down the dmp road, done the £1 token payment.
Done the budget, have cut back, to the point hat i cant even cloth my kids anymore, am been surviving with hand outs off of freecycle this year. Have moved to a bigger house and rent and council tax has gone up, have applied for benefits. But still our outgoings are more than our incomings.

Have tried to negotiate with credtors but they are not interested, they want what they are asking for, and we just cant afford it now, have even got into rent arrears now. Cant afford to out diesel in the car, i cant work as the area in which we live in now has no childcare vacancies, im stuck in a vicious circle now.
am getting letters now because we have defaulted on the ccj's and wont be long now before the bailiffs come.

Please post an SOA. I know you think that you cant cut down any further but theres always a chance that someone may know something that may be useful. I have been constantly surprised with the things people know/think of on here.
Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!
  • would love to cut down further but dont think we can any further.
We alreadybuy oen brand products from supermarkets, the only thing we have left to cut back on, is home and pet insurance. But cant risk going without either of those.
I cant even afford to get simple things done such as getting kids hair cut, i do that myself. Clothes come from freecycle.
energy saving lightbulbs throughout the house.
I cant even afford to pay rent and council tax. Have swapped energy suppliers, cat and dog eat cheap brand food.
Kids share a bath to save water. Am in the process of swapping over to water sure to have cheaper water bill.
have sold non esential items on ebay.
Am off to cab in the morning, hopefully can get something sorted.
    thanks everyone.
Most of my creditors wont accept £1 token payments, because i have already been though dmp before which didnt work out as they didnt always send my money through.
