Free pack of sunflower seends, you need to change the country section on the address (at the bottom) to uk.

I've signed up but I think it's just for USA/Canada because of these forum posts from the creators of the project
It's been an exciting spring. The Great Sunflower Project (www.greatsunflower.org) has almost 30,000 participants and people are planting in every state in the United States and every province in Canada. Wow!
Also I think we're too late from this also on the forum
