Ugh, bad day today. Yesterday I managed to chop my thumb in half through the nail, so today I had to buy painkillers, plasters, and a bandage. Came to about £6.

I spent nothing and I actually MADE £30 by selling off some Body Shop stock to collegues at work.
We've had a shift around at work so new staff on my floor who all 'Ooh and Ahh'd at my little market stall display on their way to the kitchen.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Planned to have a NSD today, as was working all day, made my lunch this morning and even remembered to put a drink in the bag.

However, i was just going for my lunch break when i saw a Ripple chocolate bar so had to have it (48p) and also bought some mini hobnobs at 49p. So 98p spend today

Is odd how you never hear about research into important things - like the invention of chocolate that will not melt.

    Rog needs a cool bag!

Cadburys Australia have cracked it - we don't need it here often enough! (Unfort the cadburys in Aus doesn't taste half as good as the Cadburys here due to the anti-melting agent! :( )
