    Just had the call back (I had to call them to confirm I had the letter ok & to arrange delivery) but it seems I've got to go to London to get them, I'm so disapponted now as I have no way of getting there. She said they send the voucher in the post then you go down to the only UK store to chose which you want. I'm sure it never mentioned anything about collecting them on the comp page & it'll cost far too much for me to do that.

    The letter says

    "Your prize will only be delivered to you within 28 days" so surely that means I shouldn't have to go get them?

    I think if they say delivery on the terms and conditions, then that is what it should mean.
    Off to have a ganders at the t&c now.

    Hopefully it's getting sorted, they have said if I give them 6 weeks notice they will pay the train fare for me to go & get them! Got to try sort something out with my DH now, he's due 2 weeks off work in August so might try work it round that.

    All booked & sorted now, just got to wait for the train tickets to come in the post with the voucher.
