Best rate for low LTV?

Hi all,
I am currently looking to buy a larger home for the family (expecting twins this Autumn!!)
I am fortunate to have a large deposit of £265k and will be looking for an additional £150k.
What lenders currently offer the best deal on a low LTV? Can be fixed/discount/tracker etc. I prefer to go for deals that have at least a five year term.
Any help is appreciated.

It is difficult for me to say what the best rate for you specifically will be.
There are many considerations in choosing the correct mortgage and without all the information required, it is very difficult to say exactly where the best deal fits.
