£10.000 loan needed
Hi...
I am having great problems trying to get a loan for £10.000
the loan is for consolidation. I am self employed taxi driver , living with parents, i have no credit cards or store cards or morgage, earn £17- 20 k.
my last 3 month bank statements dont look to good, ie o/d and no frequent money going in.
I know that to a lender i look like a risk, but i can easily afford the repayments .. approx.. £150 p/m over 84 month.
Ive been refused once in writing and a few on the basis im self employed.
I need this loan asap, what lenders will entertain me.
The AA and Liverpool Victoria have kicked me into touch..!
Any advice appreciated, or kind hearted lotto winners ... £10.000 please..!!

Ian,
Going to be tough to get a sensible loan rate for that much given your employment status and aparent lack of credit history.
You may be better off trying a loan broker of some sort who can access loans designed for the self employed etc. Don't expect to pay anthing less than 10% plus in interest though.
The only other idea is to ask 'bank of mum and dad' to underwrite the loan (ie take it out on your behalf) and for you then to pay them the £150 per month. It will depend on their credit history and other borrowings though.
Good luck.
R.Smile , it makes people wonder what you have been up to.0 -
i would recommend Nationwide at gurantted rate 06 6.7. I recently got offered a 10,000k loan. i must stay i was very shocked to have been offered because my credit record are all fairly new. Pls note try and fill out all required information on the application i believe it is one main reason i got the loan. declear everything etc store card, loans, credit cards ....
Good luck aI owe £3233 @ 0%0 -
Why not try opening a business account and see if you can get a business loan. You probably will need some kind of accounts to back up your income - you do keep accounts right?
