Hello everyone!
Just need a little bit of advice please. I have recieved Court Papers from Northern Rock with regard mine and my husbands joint debt unsecured loan. We are on a DMP with CCCS and they have advised me about filling in the forms - we are admitting the claim but requesting time to pay. My Q is this, On the CCCS budget sheets they have put our total income and total expenditure, I have to fill out a form each for me and my husband, so on these forms I am putting, please see attached budget sheet (CCCS) but in the box for income on each do I put his total on one form and mine on the other?
Any advice appreciated, I know I can ring CCCS again tomorrow, but want to try and bottom this today to get it sent back.
Cheers
