Welcome all... icon_smile.gif

I hope you have had a great week and kept it low... and are you ready to be turned red/green? Everyone can join, just post a target in keeping with you/your debts/your spends, don’t worry about everyone else’s budgets. Then each day post on the daily spends thread and add them all up ready to post the following Saturday/Sunday. The challenge runs from Sunday to the Friday... Everyone welcome... Please don't worry if you have gone over budget and will be turned red it happens... to me more than anyone else. Have a great week drinks.gif

And a word from our sponser ~

Good afternoon lovely DFWs Now for anyone looking in, please feel free to join - the more the merrier! Basically, decide on the amount you want to spend up to from Sunday until the end of the working day on Friday then pledge it here and off we go! The challenge is about incidental spending and not for stuff that should be budgeted elsewhere such as bills, groceries, debt repayment etc but you decide what to include at the end - this is about changing your habits and improving your recording of your spends more than anything else. Have a great week everyone and keep it low!!! Moozie x

  • k1ocray.gif Our numbers are well and truely low. Just the regular 6 now  nevermind though we shall keep going because I know it helps many of you :j

Last week I managed to spend £34  not very good eh. Nevermind I shall put that week behind me and move on. So this week coming I have £5.70 in my purse so that would be what I am pledging. I know I need some drinks for my lunch box but not all else. I have 2 parcels to send this coming week but thats covered so I wont include that so the total this week is £5.70 :j

I'll join in again. I did this months ago but fell off the wagon :o and have just climbed back on again :). This will really help me to keep my spending down. I am going to start with £30 to include any groceries needed (going for a storecupboard week so hopefully ok), personal spends and any additional fuel etc over normal budget.

Hi PAP, yep we do seem to be a bit low on numbers..hope we do get a few more on board as I find this one of the most useful challenges, keeping track of what I spend on all those little bits and pieces!

Spent £5.12 last week, and this week I'm trying for £0, unless we get torrential rain I shouldn't need to get any buses, I don't need to buy any food (shouldn't even have to touch my grocery budget either), and I don't NEED anything... lets see how it goes!
Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012.

Hiya Hun, I looked for this last night, but you must have sneaked back after I went to bed :)

I managed to spend the princely sum of £4 last week, so big shiney GREEN for me please. I am gonna challenge myself a little bit now and pledge £5 for this week.

Hope you all have a lovely week

Ok I have seen this thread loads of times and I am always nosey about everyone else but I never post. So considering you are short on numbers I decided it would be a good idea to join this week.

So put me down for £20
