DCA for Insurance company
I've been pursued by a DCA,supposedly acting on the behalf of Elephant.co.uk.
I sent them a CCA request form a while back, but in hindsight I forgot to ask if they would be bound by that request?
Also I wrote and cncelled the insurance with elephnt a good couple of years ago.Why would I now be getting pursued?I was up to date on the insurance when it was cncelled?

Up to date?? Do you mean that you fully paid up a whole year's premium?? or did you cancel the D/D at your bank and cancelled at some stage part through the year??
A car insurance is a contract for 12 months - they can pursue you if you decide to cancel early without their permission.0
