How much..??

Good evening gang.
I dont normaly post in here so please be nice.

OK a quick sumary.

My current mortgage is for 90K (including the exit fee)
House has been valued at 189K
Income is 26K.

What would be the maximum i could i get a for a remortgage.
Good credit score(atm)

    We are nice most of the time.

    around £80K to £100K depending on lender.

    If you have any other debts, kids and partner dependable on you then it will be less. Bad debt then even less.

  • What do you need to borrow? Some will lend more but it depends on other outgoings and affordability as UK007BullDog has said.

    Don't borrow more than you can afford to pay back.
    I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.

    Thats my current problem, i would be looking at 140k to make some other debts more affordable..
