Shipping 70kg from the UK to the USA - cheapest method

I have about 70kg worth of stuff i need to ship from UK (tr60LB) to Hayden, Idaho, 83835.
It is made up of many smaller items so I can make the packages up in any size if it works out cheaper.
I am getting quotes like £438 from DHL which is making me very unhappy and sad .
