If a credit agreement has been signed by myself and not by the creditor or on behalf of the creditor does the agreement become non enforceable?

no this isn't the case,I can't remember the exact details but I read this on consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum hoping the Banks made mistakes but there are certain things that need to be on the the agreement. Such as the amount borrowed and total amount of interest payable. Check out the large discussion.Help me to help you :santa2:0
